Gift Card Policy

Give the gift of meaning, heritage, and timeless design. Breindell digital gift cards offer your loved ones the freedom to choose a piece that speaks directly to them, on their own terms. 

Digital Delivery

All Breindell, gift cards are 100% digital, in line with our commitment to reduce waste and eliminate plastic wherever possible. You may schedule delivery for a specific day, sent directly to your recipient’s inbox.

Your thoughtful message will be included at checkout when you select “Send as a Gift.”

Any images of physical cards are for marketing and inspiration purposes only.

Validity & Expiration

Gift cards are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. If unused in full, the remaining balance is still available within those years. Partial balances can be applied to any other item or combined with a payment method to complete a purchase.

Redemption

Breindell gift cards can be redeemed for any item available in our store, including custom and made-to-order pieces. If the selected item exceeds the value of the gift card, the recipient may pay the difference before production begins.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

Returns & Refunds

Breindell gift cards are refundable solely in the 14 days period after the purchase of the gift card. Any purchase made with the gift card is non-refundable and shall be considered final sale, all in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law,5741-1981 ("Consumer Protection Law")  For more details, see our Refund Policy. 

Usage & Limits

Multiple valid gift cards may be used together for a single purchase.
Cards must be redeemed in the currency in which they were purchased (USD for U.S. purchases, ILS for Israeli purchases).

Gift cards are not reloadable and cannot be extended beyond the 24-month validity period, all in accordance with section 14G to the Consumer Protection Law..
