Returns & Refund Policy
Most Breindell pieces are Custom and made to order. These pieces are carefully inspected by our master craftsmen before shipping. Therefore, all such sales of custom orders are considered final, all in accordance with provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("Consumer Protection Law"). Purchase of one of the pieces in their existing jewelry specifications, as shown on our site, can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery of the jewelry, by sending an email to the following address: contact@breindell.com, notifying of the cancellation of the transaction.
Notwithstanding the above, customer who is an "Oleh Hadash (New Immigrant)", a "Person with Disabilities" or a "Senior" Citizen" as such terms are defined in the Consumer Protection Law, shall be entitled to cancel the transaction within four (4) months from receiving the jewelry, provided that such customer shall provide a certificate proving such customer is indeed one of the above.
Following the cancellation notice, the customer shall be required to send the jewelry back to our address in its original package and condition. The jewelry shall be sent solely via a well-known air courier, and the shipping fees shall be borne solely by the customer. In addition, the customer shall be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, the lowest of the two possibilities.
Please note:
1. Such cancellation shall be possible solely within 14 days of delivery of the jewelry. After such a date, the sale should be considered final and non-refundable.
2. such cancellation shall be possible solely for the purchase of jewelry on our site up to the sum of NIS 3,000 or less.
For each purchase of jewelry on our site for a sum of more than NIS 3,000, such a purchase should be considered final and non-refundable upon purchasing the item.
In the unlikely event that your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@breindell.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, you may return the item for repair or replacement. Breindell will cover the cost of insured shipping back to you after the repair or replacement is completed.
Except as mentioned in this policy, we do not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns.
